Hi,

I can't find in the documentation how to pass my username and password to this command line:

ebook-convert "The Economist".recipe economist.epub

The Economist website is now limited to subscribers (which I am), from calibre's changelog I can see that the "The Economist" recipe has been updated - now I would like to pass my credentials. Can someone help?
