Sony's selling it for $10.50.

Personally, I'm furious. There is no reason that a book which earned out its advance almost 20 years ago should be listing at nearly double the price of the paperback for the electronic version. I can understand (though not agree with) that sort of price point for a first run hardcover, but for this?

It's pure price gouging.
