You created your own MyBBC user account? If not, do that first.

Then, you need to fish out the cookie that MyBBC created for you.

I recommend using Phoenix or Mozilla for that; there you can use the cookie manager to find the right cookie. Find the Cookie with the name "BBC-UID".

Then open iSiloX and go to the MyBBC entry. Double Left-Click. Go to the Cookies Tab. Double Left-Click on the one saved cookie there. Now, copy and paste the value from YOUR cookie to the value field in iSiloX cookie tab. See attached image.
