Delete the files Kinoma and Sony Corporation

I don't know if this has been posted but for those who really can't get ebook library to work I hope this helps.

Thanks Autumnsong, your post-uninstall file cleanup instructions solved my problem
... although the link to 2.5 doesn't work (for me at least), I succesfully reinstalled v 3.0.01.10191 and I'm back in action
