L'etoile, but, to undermine the sophistication, Noah (the 4yo) knows him from
Ready Steady Cook and to a lesser extent his appearance on
Masterchef. The boy loves his cooking shows (though, it's probably relevant that his father, my brother-out-law, is/was a French chef himself
