For anyone unfamiliar with diff, use a text editor to add the two lines marked with a + (don't include the +). It is best to copy and paste from existing lines, because spacing is significant in Python. Note that adding the Kindle DX was also a patch, so you may not have the "B004" lines. These are only needed if you have a Kindle DX.
