It's a shame and I feel your frustration. But that is absolutely what everyone with a defective device needs to do here...most of you pre-ordered and in good faith, paid in full as much as a month before receiving your device. Now there are enough here who have been through multiple returns and have been subjected to multiple spin excuses....and now the latest is to blame US CUSTOMS REGS? Good gawd what a specious argument...I would offer than production delays were pushing the 30-day pre-order delivery requirements by CC companies so they sent a dozen workers with cans of Krylon to paint your devices just to get them out the door before Astak was in violation of the 30-day shipping/delivery requirements of their Merchant Card account terms, which would put not only cost them in returns in to play, but also penalties for each instance of failure to deliver.

There has yet to be a provable and documented reason for this issue...so, were it me, the device is not "superior" enough in terms of functionality or reliability to justify not voting with your wallet and seeking out a 5" device by another mfg which is NOT made by, who is it, Jinkie? I mean it is not as if all of this is Astak's fault, I think it could not be...then again we will never know for certain.

I do feel badly for those who trusted Astak to deliver as promised but I do not believe any of what had been posted by them with respect to these issues. But then again I have no "sense of ownership" that comes from buy a device and the denial of the reality when chronic issues continue even when information that the "...2nd Shipment is PERFECT..." posted directly from Astak.
