Hunh? Don't know where you get THAT idea. It's been proven, time and again, that the MOST EFFECTIVE marketing tool is word-of-mouth and that negative word-of-mouth costs sales as well. So, no, our whining, ranting and venting of frustration IS costing Bookeen sales. But then it's been made abundantly clear that Bookeen is of the "we'll stick our heads in the sand and hope that the problems/predators don't notice us" school of business management.
