Dell has something similar to the Archos 5 Android under development, see Dell Streak is a 5-inch Android 2.0 MID. See also Motorola Droid Preview which Verizon in the US has been advertising as an iPhone alternative. It has a 3.7" 854×480 capacitive screen.
