Say you used some of it to buy 'The Lost Symbol' which sells for $17 club price. You would lower your micropay balance by $17. If you payed the $17 with a CC then you would add $17 to your micropay balance. Anything over 35% (50%, 100% etc) requires you to pay by CC/PayPal if you want the rebate.

So...

$30 starting balance
Pay by micropay = $13 balance
Pay by CC = $47 balance
