There is a separate thread for ineptepub.pyw, but the PDF and ePub scripts work the same way. For python, see Install Python Windows. Otherwise, there is little to add to i♥cabbages's blog post. If you get the scripts from Pastebin, you will need to rename them from xxxx.txt (or whatever) to ineptepub.pyw (say). To "run" a .pyw script all you need to do is double click on it just like any standard Windows program.
