Couldn't this be a problem with 3G coverage in your area? You can check international roaming AT&Ts web site and see which companies they work with in your country.

Seems like clock is set to GMT (UTC) - it's two hours late for me. Pehaps it can be adjusted, I haven't found the setting yet.
