*.Manga files are just arcvhives of images, if you renamed the files to *.CBR you'd be able to view these files with a CBR viewer.
With that in mind, take a look at ComicLRF I use this command line utility and its great, it resizes the images to fit the 505 automatically so you dont need to monkey around with the images externally.
Also the LRF files parse really well on the 505, and you wont get crazy amounts of loading between page flips.
If you need any further help with this let me know, I have a memory card with 30 volumes of Berserk on it, 6 volumes of The Walking Dead and about 21 Volumes of Blade of the Immortal. They all clock in at about 30MB.
Be careful with the way you transfer these files to your reader, if you get that far let us know and I'll give you the pro's and con's of a couple of methods.
