Boxing Day is usually the day all my family gets together at Christmas (although not this year, which will be a bit strange.)
I've started my Christmas shopping - mainly because I have to arrange to get it to family in advance.
There aren't many things that are essential for Christmas apart from the company. I like to have christmas pudding, red wine and It's a Wonderful Life, but as I have puddings left over from last year, too much alcohol in the cupboard already and a dvd of the film, I don't think it's going to be difficult to organise. The thing I'm really celebrating is that for the first time in years I'll get paid holiday this Christmas!
