Sorry that you don't like it, but no, like animedude, I really like my DR 1000s a lot. It has enabled me to carry and do a lot more than I could have before I got it. I hope their next product surpasses the DR, but I'm confident that it will be every bit as good quality.
I have only needed iRex's tech support once, but they were very helpful and nice and solved my problem in a generous and timely manner.
