It won't do us any good if we have devices that use Adept DRM for ePub and B&N has a different DRM for ePub. So from what I see, the Nook is turning out to be a rather useless device.

I'd guess, like Dale that it is some variation on the eReader encryption which would allow for sharing of the book as they have indicated that you can do with nookie...
