The 600 has much better features, faster speed, dictionary, note-taking, etc. And the 600 is better for PDFs because you can zoom in and there are more text sizes.

I ordered the 505 but cancelled it after I saw the reviews on your site. Think I go for a 600 on ebay. Kindle dx is really tempting though but as a first reader I think the sony is better (less expensive anyway).
