Don't be fooled, Zelda. Mountain, central, pacific, and eastern are pretty meaningless here, too. We generally speak of east coast time, west coast time, and new york time -- all other times being up for grabs. Not too many people know where central time begins and ends, but if you say chicago time, they have a clue.
