I see it sort of like this...imagine a bookstore offers only romance novels in ebook form, and the other genres are paper book only.

They suddenly announce that they're going to offer science fiction ebooks as well as the romance novels.

Folks who want science fiction ebooks get something they want. Folks who want nonfiction or fantasy or whatever ebooks can complain that they're not getting what they want yet and that they have to continue waiting.

But I get confused when the romance ebook buyers complain because...they like romance ebooks that they already have and don't care about the new science fiction ebooks.
