All Hallows specifically is Christian, but it's based on a much older Pagan religious holiday, so ebooks about Samhain or Celtic history or religious practices should also be appropriate.

I recommend The Fairy-Faith in Celtic Countries. (Which, when I've got time, I plan on converting to a more useful ebook format. There's a text file, but it's got no markup for italics or section breaks.)

Or maybe anything by Samhain publishing.
