I'd be afraid to cut the darn thing. It's a work of art! There's a show on the Foodnetwork called "Ace of Cakes" and he makes these amazing cakes that are beyond description. Then, he takes them to the people who ordered them and . . .THEY CUT THEM UP AND EAT THEM. It would break my heart if I put that much work into something and the first thing they do is EAT it.
