Newbie posting for the first time - thought I'd take a look at some of the issues relating to the Sony PRS-505 eReader. I'll do my best to uncover some of the common issues, mistakes (and yes there are many) made by users, software and firmware related stuff. Nearly all the faulty Readers I've seen (apart from damaged ink elements) can be resolved at home with a little common sense, a little PC savvy and a bit of patience.
