To add to possible cynicism <grin>:
You could propose a title, one that ends up being used, and then they claim they thought of it independently (or they never got a suggestion from you) and you don't see any money. Without some kind of proper contract and legal agreement, I'm not sure that I'd spend my time reading, providing a title, and then just hoping that things went my way after that.
