I did buy a second K1 as a back up reader. I was nervous about losing or having the first disabled somehow. the device has become important enough to me, that being without one for any length of time was rather distressing.

I bought one of the international Kindles for a present for a relative, but for now I think my ebook device purchases are on hold for awhile. it seems as though big things are happening in the ebook world and it is time to sit back and watch for a bit.
