I love my K1, saw no reason to upgrade.
But I don't think I'd every get a second reader for myself period--unless it was some tablet-like device to use for work.
Just no need. There's plenty of space on readers and it's easy to move stuff off and back on. And I don't care about having a mix of "good" literature and disposable literature on it at the same time.
