Actually, they have a working title, and it's a reasonably good one, I can only guess that they want to see if they can get a really good one. The author seems to regard the book as an attempt to use their experiences to help others who might be in the same situation.
@JSWolf: The whole idea is to read the book and
then come up with a title.
