I've been looking forward to Margaret Atwood's *Year of the Flood*. So many thanks for the advice to go for *Oryx and Craik* first. Will do. Maybe the crazy prices for the *Flood* ebook will become more sensible meantime. Cheers. Neil

PS: Just re-read for the hundredth time *Catcher in the Rye* (always a bright experience) and started on McCormak's *The Road* last night. Beurifully written; almost poetic. N
