The RS charger is pretty pricey. ANY Sony PSP charger will work--and they are available really cheap everywhere (department stores, video game stores, etc.).
The best option IMO are the PSP power/data cables in post #15 of this thread. Very cheap, and one cable lets you charge from ANY usb port, as well as handling data transfer for the Reader or any other device.
