(I've included the "The Science Of..." books, and the Young Adult books (marked with "(YA)"). I find the "YA" books to be perfectly adequate "A" books, and the "Science of..." books to be interesting and amusing intermissions, though if you think they're not your cuppa, well, at least now you know There are other Discworld books of assorted type - short stories, maps, others - listed at the Wikipedia link that might also interest)
