I guess that's true, regarding price of p-books vs an e-reader and e-books, but I feel that using my e-reader allows me more opportunity to read.

Because of it's size, I can always have it with me. Because I can have many books on it at the same time, if on a train or bus and finish one book I always have another to continue reading. It's my usual habit to be reading 2-3 books at the same time, and my e-reader allows me to do that where ever I am without having to tote around several books. When 'strap-hanging' on a crowded train it's easier to read one-handed and still turn the pages comfortably. And perhaps the best reason... it's FUN to read with an e-reader!!
