That's an immediate blocker for me. Any program which hides file organisation and potentially causes major data loss because it's messing with normal file organisation has to justify itself on a far higher level - one reason I like Pegasus Mail is you can (and I sometimes have) pull emails out via windows search when you need to.
I'll stick with folders.
