Dass von den Mehrkosten nichts bei Autor / Verleger ankommt, beweist übrigens folgende Aussage von Stephen Windwalker (toller Nachname btw ), dem Autor des Kindle Nation Daily:

Versteh ich das richtig: 35% an Autor und Verleger - 65% an Amazon und AT&T? Also da versteh ich seeehr wohl warum die deutschen Verleger auf so eine Abzocke nicht eingehen wollen. Da würde ich meine eBooks auch lieber bei libreka oder txtr.com ins Netz stellen.
