It gets worse. If I try to add a file to the calibre window, I get:

Save to Disk function is broken, too.
If I run as administrator, or run in WinXP compatibility mode, major functions seem to work, but I can't drag and drop a file in the calibre window. I can only use the Add Books icon.
My calibre library is on a logical drive. Folder settings are no different than any others. In the properties tab of the folder, the Read Only box is not checked, but it's filled in. I can change it, but it reverts back to the filled in setting --- whatever that means.
I'm going to try going back to 6.16 and see if that works, or if it's Win 7 RTM causing the issues..
