Even without the full shutdown my 700 lasts for 3 weeks or so, which includes reading a good 200-300 pageturns each day. I was suprised at how many more pageturns I got after getting the Low Battery warning, I just tapped 'ok' on startup and continued reading. If it does get that low, with power management on in the settings, it'll fully turn off, so the turning on takes a bit longer.
