I thought the international Kindle market had two arms:

1. International residents who are permanently outside the US; and
2. US residents who spend a long time outside the US

I can understand the first group being required to have an international address but surely the second group will be very annoyed if they have to have an international address, as this would prevent them accessing US only content.
