Amazon's new international settings are mucking things up a bit. I don't know about the first one, since it's mobipocket, but the second is just caught in the glitch. Seems a lot of DTP titles are showing up this way, but all the authors are US and thus all the rights are US. They haven't made any setting change at their end, but Amazon did something on theirs (like the 5-device limit they all got stuck with and now the Unlimited Device limit they all have). This one seems to have affected randome books on author has two that are OK in the US, but the third in the trilogy and the omnibus got marked as not available). I'd say to ignore the issue entirely on the list for a few weeks, as the authors struggle to get Amazon to fix the issue.
However, you might want to add a tiny disclaimer in the first post - all prices are for US customers, international prices may vary.
