You can use all the features (so far as I know). Ebook prices are for the most part kind of stupid (there are multiple threads on that) outside the Sony and Amazon stores. There are plenty of other places to buy books (also other threads). I use
ebookprice, which is still being worked on and by no means perfect, as a tool to help find the best price.
Ask lots of questions. There are tons of gurus around here
