TOC in news (version 0.6.16)

Hi,

I recently tried out Calibre and I'm really happy with it. However, I noticed one slighty odd thing: When I load news (I'm using Mobi), I'm not getting any kind of TOC. I tried "Spiegel Online", "heise online" and "Die Zeit" using the recipes that come with Calibre, and, although there were entries for a section menu and (IIRC) main menu, the only working links between the articles were next and previous. Is this expected behaviour? If so, how do I configure Calibre (or the recipes) so I get a TOC similar to what the Mobipocket Reader provides for downloaded feeds?

Thanks in advance for any help.
