Pocket PC's do not come with a CHM Reader, and until now the ones available on the web were not free, or did not handle large CHM files well.
CHMReader is a free CHM Reader which can handle large CHM files (tested up to 14Mb in size). It also comes with full source-code. Maybe someone plans use it to convert it to Palm
