Mr. Obama has joined an exclusive club, populated by the likes of Yasser Arafat, Mikhail Gorbachev, Jimmy Carter, Nelson Mandela, Al Gore, Woodrow Wilson, Anwar El Sadat, Menachem Begin, and Henry Kissinger.
Most of those actually did something, either for good or ill. I can't quite see how "his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples." qualifies as actually having done done something. All of his major endeavors remain unfulfilled.
