I am a college student and am interested in getting an ebook reader for my textbooks.
I have some questions abnout the various readers shown on different websites.
First of all because of a visual impairment I use zoomtext enlarging software on my pc. I access books either on audio cd or cd rom but would like something I can actually READ. I used to read actual books but the decrease in my vision makes this impossible.
Are there any other ebook reader users who have a similar situation? Do you recommen a particular ebook reader?
Does anyone know if any of these readers are compatible with zoomtext? and one other question.
Why don't they have an OPTIONAL backlight for reading in low light situations?
