Sorry, no box. Usually I keep such things, but I've moved around the world three times, so...
If the box weighs 3 pounds or less, it looks like USPS International Priority to Italy is about $33 plus $2.50 for insurance.
May be different, but probably only a few dollars either way -- up or down. Whatever it is, I'll only ask for the exact rate.
