Instead of motivating and pep-talking his development-team (he probably IS the development team
) to work overnight to satisfy Bookeen's customers and give them the firmware update they so desperately want, he goes around chitchatting
about ereaders and their future.
If Bookeen goes on the way they do now with their fantastic customer support there will soon(oh,oh, not SOON!) be no future for them left in ereaders.
