You can't delete kernel extensions by dragging them to the trash.

Anything that was installed with a .pkg file is guaranteed to have left crap behind in your system's /Library or /System/Library folder.

In any case, 1Password is not a "system agent", it's a normal application - it doesn't get installed into /System/Library/LaunchAgents or LaunchDaemons, and doesn't add a kernel extension. (/System/Library/Extensions)
