Is that
really the case, Neil? My recollection of the situation - and please do correct me if I'm wrong - was that Amazon simply required that they be supplied with 5 copies of each book, to eliminate the delays of POD printing. If this really is the situation, it doesn't seem like a very onerous requirement.
