0.6.16, on an hour-old fresh install of Jaunty (Ubuntu 9.04).

Crashed out completely trying to download news (Honolulu Advertiser). Didn't even get the pop-up window with the error trace.

Anything I can do, I will.

ps: it's been doing it with all news downloads since 6.14, and while I was still on Intrepid.
