My GP recommends taking painkillers with anti nausea stuff. And the London Migraine clinic recommends a high dose of soluble asprin taken in a fizzy, sweet drink. Both options, apparently, help the stomach process the medicine side of it.

I prefer the triptan family of medicines to deal with migraines, myself.

And I'd recommend actually vomitting instead of just having an urge to. If nothing else, it might take your mind off the migraine for a few moments...
