They used to have a brochure with a list of FAQ's, I think that question was #1, and the answer was (close paraphrase) "It's not a &@#^ bean bag!"
It's stuffed with shredded 'durafoam' (the same padding that's likely on your sofa) so you don't sink through it all the way to the floor, and it doesn't wear out like polystyrene beads do.
So in short, no, not a bean bag chair, not even a really huge bean bag chair, it's a Love Sac!
