Umm, I am not sure how it would be easier to download a block of books and then sort through them with whatever tool you have than using the fairly decent web interfaces that PG, Manybooks and others have set up. I will grant that finding books in M.R. is a bit more hit and miss (i.e., it helps if you know exactly what you are looking for).

In any case, if one really wanted to bulk download, it wouldn't be that hard to write a web crawler to access some of these sites (Though I suspect it would violate the terms of service on at least a few of them).
