[Marc: I just completed both The Loved One's and my tax returns for the 2008-2009 financial year. My bill was not as alarming as anticipated, and The Loved One's was less than the cost of a new CD.

After that, we fitted the new water gauge to the new water tank.

Exciting, hey? Don't you wish you too had the thrilling adventures of my day today?]

...aaaand back to me: Adrian. Now, you see why I sometimes take hold of the steering column? Sometimes I think that boy's normal idea of fun's getting a spreadsheet to balance against itself and a bank statement. Is it any wonder I have to regulate, massage and marinate in ZCD all of his glands to produce the various, nefarious, psychoactive, hallucinogenic, hyperspatial and chaotochronological substances that keep him moving perpendicular to what you dirt-monkeys call reality? It'd otherwise be about as exiting as riding a Prius through Podunk in a pea-souper.

Cheers,
Adrian (off to trebuchet terrier-turd-tarts at the dolled-up dowagers and drunks in the local pub's beer garden...just for giggles)
